Annual General Meeting
We
organise an Annual General Meeting at which the Chairman presents an
overview of the previous years activities.
Our 2010
AGM was held on Tuesday 20th April at Christ Church Hall, Christchurch Road,
Epsom at 8.00pm. There were reports by the Chairman and the Treasurer.
The existing officers and committee were re-elected for 2010. After
the formalities there were two illustrated talks: The Renovation of the
Stew Pond by Tanya Houston, Environment Agency Fisheries Officer; plus: Half
Way into the Common's 10 Year Plan, by Stewart Cocker of E&EBC's Countryside
Team.
We organise two talks a year by local naturalists, usually in the Spring, at the AGM, and in the Autumn.
